KYTN - Self-Determination Training: Kansas Youth Transition Network: Strengthening Partnerships to Advance Transition and Employment Outcomes for Youth (Self-Determination Training)



Project Description

 

The Kansas University Center on Disabilities (KUCD) will provide training to professionals in partner communities to implement evidence-based practices in transition such as the Self-Determined Learning Model of Instruction (SDLMI) and Communicating Interagency Relationships and Collaborative Linkages for Exceptional Students (CIRCLES), as well as support project partners and communities to use the Self Determination Inventory System (SDIS) to track self-determination, goal attainment, and other postschool transition outcomes.
