Building Inclusive Communities
The purpose of this research unit is to:
Support communities in Kansas and across the country to build capacity for engaging people with disabilities to be productive and valued members of their community. We focus specifically on:
- Connecting people to technology that supports them to live and work in their community,
- Building capacity for supporting people with disabilities to transition from high school to competitive integrated employment,
- Collecting national data for policy and systems change efforts
