Kaela Bright

At KUCD, Kaela works on projects related to self-determination, inclusive research, and community engagement. Kaela’s background is in education and social policy, with a focus on inclusive schooling and examining how systems and policies shape educational experiences. Her project management approach is centered on inclusiveness, organization, and collaboration. Kaela is particularly focused on creating processes that ensure all voices are heard and that projects reflect the communities they serve.
