Project Evaluation and Management

Dr. Tyler Hicks discussing a project timeline

What is Project Evaluation and Management?

We support all KUCD research projects to ensure the highest level of quality work and impact. Evaluation means systematically assessing a project or program to better understand its characteristics, impacts, and outcomes. We do this by using consistent, validated measures and structured data collection practices. Project management means supporting the completion of all project activities and objectives in a timely manner. We do this by managing research projects through organizing team meetings, creating timelines and task trackers, and coordination across teams. The Project Evaluation and Management team supports the sharing of tools, resources, and measures across KUCD to streamline research project processes.
